Hot aisle containment
Base on the Lego principle, we combined aluminum profile, sun board splicing to create modular, high-intensity experience. This requires that each element must be re-conceived. The hot aisle containment is composed of lightweight aluminum profile and insulated polycarbonate plate, which can enhance heat dissipation and save energy in high density data center. Energy saving and heat dissipation are better than traditional cold channels. More modular assembly structures are widely used in various data centers.
Product characteristics
Frames use 6063- T5 aluminum alloy material (original color anodizing).The material certificate and loading report can be provided. Aluminum alloy profile connections use corner reinforcement. The rest of non-load positions install accessories using standard aluminum alloy related accessories.
The doors use double-door structure to increase strength and stability. The inner side of the door is equipped with two door closers, external hinges and double door handles. The sun boards are built into the door frame. The left door is fitted with door seams to increase containment tightness.
The two sides of the containment door frame and the containment use double hollow thick sun board. Transmittance is more than 85.6, thickness 8 mm, and fire prevention (UL94) certification grade HF1.
